Great Shot Paul! I am envious of your experience.
Thank you Ginnie and Laurence, much appreciated.
Paul
I fully support Ginnie’s well said comment.
This photo is stupendous and magnificent in every way possible. Composition, exposure, atmosphere, drama and terrific use of natural lighting. This is some spectacle, be assured!
The careful employed use of foreground lighting contrasted against the glowering rain clouds in the background is, well, mind blowing. Castle Butte ( the second in stone pillar on the left hand side) adds great prominence to the overall scene.
This, I hope, will be voted for Cloud of the Month, and, maybe considered for the Society’s 2017 calendar.
This is a grand photo by any standard. I find this shot deeply satisfying. Thank you kindly, Paul.
Laurence
This photo stole my breath, Paul. Glad you’re in Utah capturing some of the most beautiful views in the world. They’re even better with the amazing skies you give us.
